Analytics
Measure what your WhatsApp AI is actually doing — message volume, active conversations, human takeovers, top contacts, campaign performance and full conversation transcripts.
The point of the analytics page is to answer one question honestly: is this worth what you pay for it?
Overview
The dashboard home shows today at a glance — total contacts, messages today split inbound and outbound, active conversations, and how many threads a human has taken over.
That last number is the useful one. A rising takeover rate means the AI is failing on something, and the fix is usually a gap in the knowledge base. A falling one means it is handling more on its own.
Analytics
| Metric | What to read from it |
|---|---|
| Total messages | Volume over the last 30 days, inbound versus outbound |
| Message chart | Daily volume — shows when your customers actually message you |
| Active conversations | Threads with recent activity |
| Human takeovers | How often a person had to step in |
| Avg messages per contact | Deep engagement or repetitive back-and-forth |
| Top contacts | Your most engaged customers |
The daily chart is more actionable than it looks. Most Indian businesses find their peak is well outside working hours — which is the entire argument for having an agent that answers at 11pm.
Campaign reporting
Every broadcast reports sent, delivered, read, failed and replied, reconciled from Meta's own delivery receipts rather than inferred from a successful API call.
Open a campaign for the per-recipient breakdown, including the specific failure reason on each failed row.
Replied is the number that matters commercially. Delivered and read tell you the message arrived; replied tells you it worked.
Transcripts
Every conversation is stored in full and searchable. Use them to:
- Check what the AI actually said, not what you assume it said
- Find the questions customers ask that your knowledge base does not answer
- Review a thread before calling a customer back
- Settle a dispute about what was agreed
Reading twenty real transcripts in the first month is the single highest-value thing you can do. It tells you exactly what to add to the knowledge base.
Exporting
Need this data elsewhere — a BI tool, a monthly board pack, your CRM? Ask us. Export endpoints and scheduled reports are a small custom module.
Need it to work differently?
The platform is the starting point, not the ceiling. Tell us what your process needs and we will build it — at a price we will negotiate.
