An outbound AI sales executive that calls enquiries for a premium commercial project, works out whether the caller is an investor or an occupier, pitches accordingly, and books the site visit.

The challenge
Advertising for a large commercial project generates enquiries in bursts. Most are unqualified, and the sales team’s time is best spent on site visits rather than on first-contact calls that mostly end in a polite no.
What we built
We built an agent that makes the first call. It establishes interest, then branches: an investor is asked about unit size, expected returns and timeline and is led with the assured-return story; a business owner is asked what they do and when they need to move in and is led with frontage, footfall and location. Everything ends at the same place — an invitation to visit the site.
Engineering highlights
- Two distinct qualification paths chosen from the customer’s own answer, rather than one script read at everyone.
- Pricing is deliberately withheld — the agent defers to the sales team at the site visit, which keeps negotiation with humans.
- Strict grounding: the agent may not infer or partially guess any project fact, and unknown questions are handed to the human team.
- Regulatory detail is handled carefully — the RERA registration is confirmed as registered rather than read out digit by digit.
- Switches fully to Hindi when the customer does, and exits gracefully the moment someone says they are not interested.
